Baked Rice with Cheese & Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 140g bread flour (high-gluten)
  • 60g cake flour (low-gluten)
  • 2g yeast
  • 10g sugar
  • 1–2g salt
  • 70–100g warm water
  • 15g olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and onion. Cut the tomato into chunks and slice the onion thinly.

    Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Add the tomatoes first and stir-fry until they start to break down. Then add the onion, black pepper, ketchup, and any other seasonings you'd like.

    Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.

    Pour the cooked tomato sauce over the rice.

    Place the meatballs on top.

    Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (about 410°F) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and slightly golden.
