Ingredients
- 140g bread flour (high-gluten)
- 60g cake flour (low-gluten)
- 2g yeast
- 10g sugar
- 1–2g salt
- 70–100g warm water
- 15g olive oil
Instructions
- 01Wash the tomatoes and onion. Cut the tomato into chunks and slice the onion thinly.
- 02Heat a bit of oil in a pan. Add the tomatoes first and stir-fry until they start to break down. Then add the onion, black pepper, ketchup, and any other seasonings you'd like.
- 03Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
- 04Pour the cooked tomato sauce over the rice.
- 05Place the meatballs on top.
- 06Sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese.
- 07Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (about 410°F) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and slightly golden.
