Ingredients
- Peas: 300g
- Ham sausage: 1 piece
- Garlic: a small amount
- Salt: to taste
- Chicken bouillon powder: a pinch
- Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Eggs: 3
Instructions
- 01First, scramble the eggs until cooked and set them aside.
- 02Add oil to the pan, sauté the garlic slices until fragrant, then add the peas and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 03Add the ham and continue stir-frying until the peas are just cooked through.
- 04Add the pre-cooked eggs back into the pan. Season with salt, a pinch of chicken bouillon, and a little oyster sauce. Stir everything evenly and serve.
