Stir-Fried Eggs with Peas and Ham

Ingredients

  • Peas: 300g
  • Ham sausage: 1 piece
  • Garlic: a small amount
  • Salt: to taste
  • Chicken bouillon powder: a pinch
  • Oyster sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Eggs: 3

Instructions

    First, scramble the eggs until cooked and set them aside.

    Add oil to the pan, sauté the garlic slices until fragrant, then add the peas and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes.

    Add the ham and continue stir-frying until the peas are just cooked through.

    Add the pre-cooked eggs back into the pan. Season with salt, a pinch of chicken bouillon, and a little oyster sauce. Stir everything evenly and serve.
