Lazy Breakfast: Radish & Shrimp Pancake

Ingredients

  • Flour
  • egg
  • shrimp
  • green radish
  • black pepper
  • salt

Instructions

    Grate the radish, add one spoon of flour, and dice the shrimp.

    Blanch the radish in boiling water for 3–4 minutes.

    In a bowl, mix the egg, flour, shrimp, and shredded radish. Add a pinch of black pepper and salt. Stir until well combined.
